This customer sells surveillance equipment, and needed a
rugged housing for some of their Infrared lighting products.
The circuit boards were supplied by Covert Illumination Inc.
and molds were developed in house using aluminum and
polyurethane. The square model on the left was tested by
the FBI in Quantico Va. It was dropped off a 5 story building
building with no damage to the inner circuitry. They took
a licking and kept on ticking. These two examples were 85A
polyurethane for the square housing and 95A for the flasher
on the right.
